About Us

Both were born and raised in Parkersburg, WV.

Melissa is a 2004 graduate of Parkersburg South H.S.
She is currently a junior at WVU-Parkersburg, majoring
in Elementary Education.  She also works part-time at
Heaven Sent Daycare in Parkersburg, WV.  She enjoys
clogging, singing, playing the piano, music in general, and
of course being with Seth and her friends!

Seth is a 2005 graduate of Wood County Christian School.
He is currently a sophomore at Cedarville University, majoring
in Secondary Education in Social Studies.  He enjoys reading,
music in general, playing the piano, paintballing, clogging, and
of course being with Melissa!

How We Met

Nobody remembers when we first met each other.  We knew of
each other for a long time, probably since Melissa first started
clogging in 1996.  We "really" met in the summer of 1999 when
Melissa became a member of Class Act Clogging Team.
We became friends over the next three years, and in June of
2002, they began their relationship together!

Our Engagement

Seth & Melissa got engaged on October 22, 2006.  Earlier than
some had liked or anticipated, but we knew it was the right time for
us.  Seth proposed that chilly evening at Southwood Park.
